FINE PERFUMED CANDLES
Design wise...
The classic-current symbols of faith (the cross), love (the heart) and hope (the anchor) have been playfully integrated in the logo and decorated with laurel wreaths and ribbons. Each theme is determined by a basic colour mood: red for love, green for hope and sepia for faith.
The logo of the "Faith, My Dear" candle, for instance, is intentionally reminiscent of the clichéd neon advertising with which we are familiar from Las Vegas. It is a small ironic allusion to the commercialisation of religious contents.
The slightly tapered candle glasses are wrapped in crinkly tissue paper. This enhances the special anticipation and joy of unwrapping them. Each candle also contains a lovingly designed small Vive Maria match box.
Fragrance wise....
With Vive Maria Forbidden Fragrances, we took great care to blend just the right amount of perfume oils with high-grade French candle wax oils in order to ensure that the room is perfectly scented. Vive Maria Fine Perfumed Candles are perfumed evenly with eau de partum proportions, are soot free, burn evenly and completely and have a burning life of more than 30 hours.
Concept wise....
Whether it is faith, love or hope - all those who like to be caressed by a spiritual atmosphere will dive into their very own, sensuous worlds of fragrance with three divine virtues cast in wax. Except: Vive Maria also interprets faith, love and hope in its very own, distinct way - covetously, ironically and provocatively. It sees love, for instance, as "Light o' Love" - an unpredictable adventure; faith as "Faith, My Dear" - the well-intentioned advice to trust oneself; and hope as "Hope on Wax" is stylised into what it is - light full of promises
Detail wise....
The high-grade candle glass is decorated all around with an artful repeating pattern of rays of light and Mary's crosses. Anyone will wax lyrical when the candle light gently flickers through it, creating the reflection of a church window-like pattern.
Additional benefits....
A special highlight: the glasses are perfect for use as drinking glasses afterwards. Therefore, they are only imprinted with organic colours and are also dishwasher-safe. They are much too beautiful not to be used again
